Fad or Here To Stay

We've all be hearing about it. Is cupcakes just a fad? What's next? Whoopie pies? Macarons? Mini pies? Cupcakes are not new and have been around longer than I have. I have proof. I have a picture of my 2nd or 3rd birthday and cupcakes were being served along with cake. 30+ years later and I am now the owner of a cupcake catering business. And I am not alone. There are many other famous and not-so famous cupcakeries. Sprinkles, one of the most famous cupcakeries has several stores across the country with plans to open more. There's even a cupcake competition show on the Food Network channel. As far as I am concern, cupcakes will always be around just like they always have. What do you think - fad or here to stay?

What's Up

Hi fans!  Can't believe the weekend is here again.  Seems as if lately time just flies by.  Been working on some new recipes.  Hope to introduce them to the existing menu soon, but first I have to make sure it is perfect and meets The Cupcake Divas standards.  Also planning on adding other interesting items to the product line up, so be looking out for more information about it coming soon.  Hope everyone has a great weekend!
